VICE PRESIDENT POSITIONS - GENERAL DESCRIPTION

• Hold an ATD National membership in conjunction with their Chapter membership.
• The chapter reimburses the National membership (Chapter Leader) fee.
• Attend and participate at least 75% of monthly board meetings.
• Attend and participate in at least 60% of chapter programing events
• Lead their area of the Board and develop committees, as needed, to meet goals.
• Communicate consistently with other Board members.
• Meet deadlines and fulfill commitments.
• Make appropriate arrangements if they are unable to fulfill any of their responsibilities.
• Assist other Board members as needed.
• Represent the Chapter professionally and ethically.
• Assist in the recruitment and training of their successor at the end of their term.
