To qualify for a corporate membership, each member must be from the same organization. The price listed is the total price for the bundle and includes memberships for all corporate members up to the bundle limit. The individual submitting the corporate group membership is considered the "bundle administrator" and will be able to manage all additional members after the application is completed.

Memberships may be cancelled within seven (7) days of the receipt of a written cancellation request to info@atdrmc.org. A prorated refund will be processed to the original credit card if there is at least 31 days of membership remaining on the account.
