About the Facilitator:

Susan Mitnick

With over 25 years of combined sales, sales management and sales enablement experience, Susan Mitnick is passionate about implementing programs that support sales organizations in achieving their goals. From start ups to Fortune 500 companies, and companies in between, she has a proven track record in driving the necessary change that enables organizations to grow revenue through improved sales processes.

How she helps:
  • Designing and implementing repeatable, coachable and scalable sales models
  • Changing sales behaviors and driving accountability to achieve results
  • Transforming sales cultures from transactional selling to solution-based selling
  • Playing the role of liaison between sales and supporting functions to ensure that cross-functional processes and programs enhance sales effectiveness, not hinder it
Most importantly, she understands that to successfully execute change it is not just about theory but about connecting the strategy to the mindset of the audience and the culture of the organization.
