Presentation Description:

Stories are a fundamental part of the human experience. But what does it mean to integrate storytelling into your workplace? Can story be used to increase employee engagement, help improve productivity, increase retention, and contextualize business strategy? This session for HR leadership, coaches, and talent development professionals de-mystifies storytelling in business. It also provides participants with specific, practical, and hands-on methods to bring story-based principles into the workplace for immediate application to create strong emotional connections with employees. All the world’s a story. Are you telling yours?
