Description:
The strengths path focuses on what you do naturally, easily and well; your innate gifts and talents that represent areas of greatest potential for you. In this interactive session we will explore strategies to get on the strengths path and stay on it . . . for life! You will find ways to identify what you do well and plan how you can do more of it.
Conversely, when you identify something you don't do well, you'll select appropriate strategies that enable you to stop doing it. Why? Because staying on the strengths path enables you to 1) put the best of yourself into everything you do, 2) live with intention and purpose, and 3) fill your life with more joyful and rewarding endeavors.
Resource:
A resource for you, to help in this process, is the StrengthsFinder 2.0 assessment is available for around $20 at www.gallupstrengthscenter.com.
After completing the assessment, print your assessment results with your Top Five Talent Themes and your Personalized Report including Section I: Awareness and Section II: Application.
Note: StrengthsFinder 2.0 assessment results and personal reports are not required for this session. Bring them if you have them.
