The Leader as Innovator

Today's leaders are under pressure to both take care of day to day operations AND innovate for the future. A leader is anyone who's able to see a better future, rally people to reach it and find better ways to get there. That takes creativity, tenacity and a proven process.

How will you benefit from attending the event?

As a Learning and Development leader, a future leader, or meeting facilitator, you have the opportunity to effect real, fundamental change in your business by fostering a vibrant culture of innovation. And one of the very best, most innovative way to make that happen is by staging an Innovation Tournament. But how does it work, and what does it take to set it up? An Innovation Tournament is that proven process.  It’s a multi-phase, fun, energetic exercise that involves the whole team.  The outcome?  You and your team will have generated exceptional ideas that result in breakthroughs for your business

In this session, you will:

  • Participate in an energetic mini Innovation Tournament and see how to generate and evaluate the best ideas.
  • Learn 3 different types of innovation. Which one is the best for your company's culture?
  • Take away step-by-step instructions for running your own Innovation Tournament.
