Start your year with ATD thinking about how to prepare for future change! Sharing tools on how to build self-resilience, Kelly Wyngarden will discuss how to modify the discourse around change in your organization. In alignment with the ATD competency, this session will show you how to support the change intervention, as part of a systematic process to shift individuals, team, and organizations from current to desired state.

Kelly Coyle Wyngarden, President/ Owner of Indigold Consulting, a global leadership development consulting firm dedicated to partnering with individuals, teams and organizations to help them be the best version of themselves in order to achieve business results. In addition to owning her own business, Kelly is also the Director of Leadership and Team Effectiveness for National Jewish Health. Kelly has been providing customized organizational development services to organizations for the past 20 years. She works closely with leaders and organizations to strengthen their internal capacity, navigate complex relationships, and manage change. Kelly has a strong collaborative approach and facilitation style building strong relationships while maintaining a focus on results and impact.
In addition to the work she does with groups, Kelly is also a certified Integral Executive Coach, through New Ventures West, working with leaders to enhance their capacity and effectiveness. Kelly holds a M.S.W. from the University of Denver and a B.A. in Psychology and Kinesiology from the University of Northern Colorado. She has worked as a medical social worker in both liver transplant and a multidisciplinary outpatient clinic serving the uninsured. She is a Licensed Human Element Practitioner from Will Schutz Associates and a certified trainer for Radical Collaboration from the Green Zone Culture Group. She is also certified in Ennea 5 Lenses, Workplace Mediation, Conflict Coaching, MBTI, and Leadership Through Influence.
She has been a speaker at numerous regional and national conferences on topics such as leadership development, effective communication, organizational development, change management, organizational culture, and succession planning.
