How to Build Successful Career Paths

Is your team thinking about building stronger career paths to encourage employee retention? Join us to hear different examples of how creating career paths might be. Teri DePuy, from InsideOut Advising, will share several of her success stories that have arisen from her work of helping develop teams and individuals reach their full potential. 

Learning Objectives:

Participants will practice developing a career path for a specific role at their organization for a client.

With experience in management encompassing a 9-1-1 communications center to software implementation and development for a technology company, Teri launched an upwardly progressive career where she experienced first-hand the growing pains businesses face in a competitive environment. Teri's experiences range from bootstrap startup to publicly traded companies, where she managed $100M P&L. She is honored to share her perspectives, strategies and lessons learned to enable her clients to achieve their goals.

Refund Policy: Refunds will be issued up to 10 days before an event, meeting, or webinar. We are unable to issue refunds later than that date. Refunds will not be issued when an all-inclusive member cannot attend an event. For more information regarding the refund policy, contact info@atdrmc.org.
