Using Collaboration to Implement an Organizational Development Strategic Plan

Join us to hear how Noelle Oberg was able to start using the Baldrige framework (Malcolm Baldrige National Quality award given by National Institute of Standards and Technology) to implement an Organizational Development strategy for the City of Arvada. Noelle's collaborative approach and values-based philosophy helped build support for a systematic and strategic approach to employee & leadership development results. She also incorporated some unique, innovative ways to stretch her experience (and a budget!).

You will be able to discuss how a case study of OD in a municipal environment benefited city workers. This case study will highlight innovative and unique ways you might positively impact your organization.

ATD Competency Model - Areas of Expertise this Session Supports:

  • Performance Improvement
  • Managing Learning Programs
  • Change Management
  • Evaluating Learning Impact
