She has also spent more than 15 years helping companies within Manufacturing and Retail grow their teams by identifying top talent through a well-defined and engaging recruiting process. Kila also loves sharing her passions with the world through public speaking.

After nearly 15 years in corporate America, Kila started KAHM Consulting, LLC just under a year ago.
