This is all based on the book "What Got You Here Won't Get You There" by Marshall Goldsmith, which serves as a roadmap for personal and professional growth, emphasizing the power of continual self-improvement.

Kila has 20 years of experience building and developing processes and teams. With a strong background in recruiting, talent acquisition, talent development, training, and content development, Kila is an advisor, consultant, and industry expert who helps build and grow productive, passionate, and successful teams. As a Certified Professional in Training Management, Kila works with companies to identify areas for improvement and creates/delivers custom content to improve and develop teams.

She has also spent more than 15 years helping companies within Manufacturing and Retail grow their teams by identifying top talent through a well-defined and engaging recruiting process. Kila also loves sharing her passions with the world through public speaking.

After nearly 15 years in corporate America, Kila started KAHM Consulting, LLC just under a year ago. She has built her business through creating and fostering relationships and is excited to continue to grow and help organizations nationwide. When not working, Kila enjoys spending time with her family, reading and photography.
