Management, Executive, and Team Development Special Interest Group (METDEV SIG)

TOPIC:  Leaders are Cheaper by the Dozen: Tips for Building a Tribe of Leaders and a Culture of Leadership Skills

Almost every industry promotes people who are 'good at their job' into a team leadership position. Then fails to give them the new skills and tools they need to thrive in the new aspects of their role: leading a group of humans. Join this session to learn how can we build communities of leaders en masse, with a small amount of time and money.

Presenter: Jason Pemberton, The Breakthrough Company

Questions: Contact Shawn Martinez at consultants@atdrmc.org.
