An Insider’s View to Product Development: Creating Hummingly’s New Leading Well Cards
Come and gain insights into product development and shape a leading-edge solution that will transform organizations, leaders, and teams.
At some level, most if not all talent professionals will participate in the design and development of training programs. Our April member sessiond will explore the development of Hummingly’s new innovative product, the Leading Well cards.
Presenters Jolie Wills and Jason Pemberton will start by highlighting how Hummingly takes real world experience to create highly interactive products, allowing attendees a rare peek behind the curtain of their product development process. Then, attendees will have a chance to actually play a part in that process, participating in one of their final steps of product development, providing feedback and validation from their perspectives. This final step is one way the company ensures testing and validation before this high-impact product launches.
Session Objectives:
- Gain an understanding of critical product development steps
- Experience and provide feedback on an active new product concept in its final stages of development prior to launch
- Network and brainstorm ideas on how leaders can actively support the employees they lead through difficult transitions
Hummingly, a global thought leader on performance under pressure, plans to launch their Leading Well Cards in September 2025. Their products draw on global research from 100 leaders who have thrived and performed in grueling post-disaster contexts, with lessons derived and adapted to support leaders in everyday work. They are designed to help leaders do big, hard, meaningful things without burning out themselves or their teams.
