Join us for an engaging three-part book club series:

Think Again: The Power of Knowing What You Don't Know by Adam Grant is an insightful exploration of why mental flexibility and a willingness to rethink and unlearn are crucial skills in a rapidly changing world.  It challenges the comfort of conviction and champions the power of doubt and curiosity.  This foundational guide provides the necessary frameworks for building agile organizations that prioritize "potential over background" and "relearning over expertise."

Session 1: February 26, 2026 12:00-1:00 PM

Case for Rethinking: Chapters 1 - 4

Session 2: March 19, 2026 12:00-1:00 PM

Intentional Rethinking: Chapters 5 - 8

Session 3: April 9, 2026 12:00-1:00 PM

Collective Rethinking: Chapters 9 - Conclusion

Participants who attend all three scheduled discussions will be eligible to have the cost of the book reimbursed to them (up to $15).
