Job searching is one of the loneliest professional experiences there is. You're putting yourself out there every day, getting ghosted, second-guessing your resume, wondering if you're doing it right, and trying to stay positive through all of it.

Career Club is a free monthly gathering for ATD Rocky Mountain members ($25/ session for non-members) who are navigating the job search, whether you've been at it for two weeks or two years, whether you're actively applying or just starting to think about what's next.

Each session includes a 15-minute coaching topic from an ICF-certified career coach, followed by small group breakout conversations and optional hot seat coaching so you can get your most pressing questions answered.

Topics span the full job search: strengths, values, resumes, LinkedIn, interviewing, and negotiating. Topics may shift based on group needs. Here's a tentative plan for topics:

August 20 — Resumes: Sound Like You, Not a Job Description

September 17 — LinkedIn: Show Up and Stand Out

October 15 — Interviewing: Own the Room

November 19 — How to Network When You Hate Networking

December 17 — Year-End Reflection and 2027 Planning

Every session closes with a personal commitment to keep your search moving forward.

Third Thursday of each month, 9:00–10:00 AM MT, via Zoom.

When you register, you'll receive a link to our shared resource space. Inside you'll find:

  • The Job Seeker Directory Add your name, target role, industry, and location so other members can connect and refer you.
  • The Job Board A running list of roles members have spotted that might be a fit for someone else in the group. Contribute what you find.
  • Session Resources Notes, worksheets, and handouts from every session, available to review anytime.

Free for members. $25/ per session for non-members.

    About Your Career Coach:

She is an ICF-certified ACC-level coach and a certified Gallup CliftonStrengths coach, and she brings both the strategic tools and the honest, direct conversation that makes coaching actually work.

Alyssa serves on the ATD Rocky Mountain chapter board and is passionate about creating spaces where professionals can do real work, not just talk about doing it.
