Program Description:

Participants will be provided original research on the current and future state of early career development. Then, they will roll up their sleeves in small groups to pressure-test the findings, identify what's missing, and propose solutions to the challenges that matter most in their organizations.

The session closes with a full-group debrief where teams share what surfaced and where the biggest opportunities lie. Attendees leave with a sharper view of where early career development is heading and practical ideas they can take back to their teams.

This event is free for members and $35 for non-members. Light refreshments will be provided.
